Coinstar bought out the old commonly used gift card exchange machines. I'll never use some of my gift cards and don't want people's money spent on me to go go waste. That would be highly offensive and horrible for someone to just throw thier money away with the intentions of my benifit. I cannot find many of these companies within 100 miles of me or have no interest in any of that stores merchandise.

Got here at exactly 5.58 pm to drop off a parcel - they had already closed the door. People inside looked at me and refused to acknowledge my presence. Stick to Fedex, their service is definitely better
Fantastic staff here, and they are always happy to tell you what is in your post box! I have been using this location for two years and have nothing but good things to say. Also, Cathy is the absolute best!
They go above and beyond! Had to get a box back after they did a fabulous job packing it. They were able to stop delivery and return it to me. Great service.

Kathy and David even though he is no longer there are the best employees there. Used to go there 2 times daily for work to drop off payroll packages. Both very helpful and friendly
Been using the place for 6 years as a mail box. Great owner and staff. Never really had any issues. Really like the new sliding door. Much easier when you are carrying things to drop off.
I have tried other shipping stores but I keep coming back here. Their staff is friendly and they always get my packages delivered on time. The one time there was an issue with UPS, they called me and give me a refund without me even asking.
I have found this location to be very helpful and efficient.
This store told us to fill the form out wrong. They and or their parent company lost our package we were returning that cost us $600... then their employee (Tai. - or however it is spelled) had the audacity that it was our fault the customer because they lost our package that was a box that was 3’x5’x4’.... worst customer service I have ever dealt with... cost us $600 during hard times of COVID and took no ownership
Only real complaint is parking. Other than that they handle my Amazon returns without issue.
This store is great! They go out of their way to help you. One of the employees ran my mail out to the postman to make sure it got in the mail that day. Very nice. The store is clean and user friendly. They have everything you need to do your business.
Came in to print a one page word document. I emailed it to the store and 15 minutes later, the man behind the counter wasn't able to figure out how to print it. Certainly not coming back.
Kathy, Thank you for not listening to my instructions. I called half hour before you accepted a package that I asked you not to: so I could forward to my stranded son using MyChoice & the info#. He's visiting from CO & now he can't get home. Karma!!
Absolutely and luckily worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. After UPS wrongly delivered packages meant for someone else to my address (upwards of 10 packages.) I thought I would drop them off at this UPS store on my way to work. The person at the counter did not seem happy to be there. I asked if I could leave the packages there to be picked up and correctly delivered. He responded that I was not allowed to leave the packages there and they were now my responsibility to deliver to the main UPS hub (which is way out of my way). I jokingly said "what if I just leave them on your doorstep and knock once and leave like you guys did to me will that then make them your responsibility?". He did not find this as entertaining as I did.and with a tremendous attitude asked me to take the packages with me when I left.if you were supposed to get something from UPS and you didnt now you know why. Written from my brand new laptop.
I have Been at this location for 15 years with MBE Store service with Hank and Fran and the UPS thereafter and only have great things to say about them. Kathy the new manager is on point with her skill set for the total services UPS offers. I owned a coffee shop and bakery in LO and shipped weekly dry Iced boxes of cookies to sister shops in other states and they never missed a beat in 2 years.
